Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will lead and develop a pharmacy team, providing exceptional patient care and promoting best practices. You will oversee pharmacy operations during bench shifts, including coaching and performance follow-up, ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, and supporting positive patient experiences through empathy and collaboration. Responsibilities include managing pharmacy inventory, conducting new team member onboarding, recognizing colleague success, and maintaining compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations. You will also support novel program awareness, contribute to a healthy talent pipeline, and partner with the Store Manager to achieve operational goals.
