Requirements

Candidates should have recently graduated from pharmacy school with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and be eligible for licensure as a pharmacist. A strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, and pharmacy practice is essential, along with the ability to apply didactic learning to real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will assist the pharmacy team in ensuring the prompt, safe, and accurate filling of prescriptions, while also providing caring service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off. You will contribute to positive patient experiences by demonstrating empathy and genuine care, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices, and learn to operate as part of the pharmacy team, supporting the management and oversight of pharmacy operations, including patient health management, workflow procedures, and quality assurance.
