Requirements

  • Ability to provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling members on health care and prescription medication needs

  • Experience in driving sales and profit in Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, instock and inventory levels, budgeting, forecasting sales, developing cross-functional relationships, and assessing economic trends and demographics
  • Proficiency in modeling, enforcing, and providing direction on proper Member service approaches to resolve needs, complaints, and issues within Company guidelines
  • Knowledge of overseeing community outreach programs and encouraging Associates to participate
  • Expertise in ensuring compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations, including analyzing reports, implementing loss prevention and safety controls, overseeing reviews, and developing action plans

Responsibilities

  • Model, enforce, and guide Associates on Member service techniques to resolve issues within Company standards
  • Oversee and participate in community outreach programs, encouraging Associate involvement
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, monitoring controls, overseeing reviews, implementing action plans, and directing programs/initiatives
  • Supervise and develop Associates by selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing feedback/recognition, and fostering belonging
