Responsibilities

Assists the facility in identifying, evaluating, and addressing pharmacy-related concerns and issues that affect resident care, medical care, quality of life, and/or regulatory compliance
Recommends clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation to company leadership
Advances issue resolutions and communicates early warning signs of potential issues
Represents the company when communicating with customers to promote and drive organic growth as well as new business
Identifies new methods of conducting executive reviews and other customer meetings as required
Acts as leading authority of appropriate pharmaceutical corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives
Keeps up-to-date on regulations or contracts for facility types and provides written reports of these reviews to applicable facility staff
Guides other colleagues through consultation, mentoring, and collaborative leadership to build depth of capability, and provides functional (matrix) supervision
Ensures facilities remain compliant and aligned with federal regulations
Completes clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation
Drives adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings
Uses existing customer relationships to promote and drive organic growth as well as new business
Conducts Executive Reviews and other customer meetings as required
Collaborates with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and appropriate corporate functions to meet overall site goals and objectives
Performs Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) as outlined by regulation
