Requirements
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- Able to undergo a DBS check and enrol in the live update service
- Excellent communication skills and empathetic
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
- Driven and ambitious to ensure the pharmacy meets business targets
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care
- Provide both NHS and private services
- Dispense medications
- Deliver services to patients
- Manage your team
- Deliver excellent customer and patient care
- Conduct contractual and enhanced services
- Follow company SOPs and professional GPhC guidelines and standards
- Report directly to the Pharmacy Practice Manager
- Support the successful delivery of agreed KRAs
- Review performance and engage with colleagues to deliver continuous improvement
- Work shifts as per the rota (e.g., days from 09:00-18:00 or 09:00-21:00, 30 hours per week)
