Two years of work or military experience
Current and valid Driver's License
Ability to work overnight shifts as needed (Su-Th, 9/10pm to 5/6am)
Willingness to be on call during off work hours and weekends as necessary
Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
Must be 18 years of age or older
Proper documentation to fly (e.g., Real ID or other acceptable form of identification) for training travel
Pass background check and drug screens
Physical ability to wear and use a respirator
Physical ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds chest high
Physical ability to work in confined spaces, damp/dusty locations, use ladders, freezing/hot conditions
Physical ability to perform essential duties: lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, using hands/fingers, balancing, walking, standing, talking, hearing
Ability to drive a company vehicle (subject to pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks)

Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers (hospitality industry and commercial businesses) and partner on best practices to identify and solve pest elimination needs
Maintain expertise in Ecolab’s product/service offerings and industry conditions to enhance service and sales of pest prevention/elimination solutions
Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service and document structural, sanitation, and pest issues
Provide quality services and identify solutions to pest problems to protect customers' brands and support their success
Participate in 5-week paid training program, including 1 week travel to Ecolab Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota
