Responsibilities
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products/services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales/marketing events, and meeting Membership goals
- Maintains safety of facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling/scanning items, wrapping/palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders/invoices, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, partners; identifies priorities/deadlines/expectations; communicates progress; recommends improvements; adapts to change/feedback
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues/concerns, and promoting company products/services
