Responsibilities

The Retail Personal Banker II will be responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to meet customer needs, utilizing the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. They will proactively reach out to customers, set appointments for financial reviews, cross-sell products, and maintain relationships with Business Partners. Additionally, they will provide guidance to CSRs, promote customer satisfaction, and consistently meet or exceed production goals while adhering to risk management policies.
