Requirements

Skilled in Performance Tooling such as JMeter, Neo Load, LoadRunner, Rational Perf Tester, K6 or Workload Scheduler
Conversant in Analytics Tooling such as Splunk, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana or Kibana
Experience of working in cloud-hosted Infrastructure (an asset)
Deep technology inquisitiveness - focusing on key details whilst appreciating their fit in, and impact to, the end to end architecture
Passion to deliver critical client system to an extremely high level of resiliency and operability
Thorough understanding of architectural components across complex, multi-tiered architectures
Ability to conduct deep technical analysis – determining which indicators are key of solution success or failure
Clear thought process for investigating technical issues and steering investigations across wide stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

Work as part of project teams, utilising agile and/or waterfall principles, successfully collaborating with various stakeholders across specialisms
Get hands-on with leading edge technology solutions
Continue a career based on Non-Functional disciplines including tooling and technologies, delivering industry leading solutions across all domains of Non-Functional Testing
Identify issues and risks, escalate and provide mitigating actions
Lead preparation, execution or review of Non-Functional Testing
Demonstrate experience in result analysis and presentation of easy to read reports
