Requirements

  • Skilled in Performance Tooling such as JMeter, Neo Load, LoadRunner, Rational Perf Tester, K6 or Workload Scheduler
  • Conversant in Analytics Tooling such as Splunk, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana or Kibana
  • Experience of working in cloud-hosted Infrastructure (an asset)
  • Deep technology inquisitiveness - focusing on key details whilst appreciating their fit in, and impact to, the end to end architecture
  • Passion to deliver critical client system to an extremely high level of resiliency and operability
  • Thorough understanding of architectural components across complex, multi-tiered architectures
  • Ability to conduct deep technical analysis – determining which indicators are key of solution success or failure
  • Clear thought process for investigating technical issues and steering investigations across wide stakeholder groups

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of project teams, utilising agile and/or waterfall principles, successfully collaborating with various stakeholders across specialisms
  • Get hands-on with leading edge technology solutions
  • Continue a career based on Non-Functional disciplines including tooling and technologies, delivering industry leading solutions across all domains of Non-Functional Testing
  • Identify issues and risks, escalate and provide mitigating actions
  • Lead preparation, execution or review of Non-Functional Testing
  • Demonstrate experience in result analysis and presentation of easy to read reports
