Requirements

Post Graduate / Ph.D. degree from a reputed institution in an accredited Engineering curriculum (Mechanical/Design/Automobile/Aerospace)
8+ years of industry experience
Experience as an individual contributor in performing complex validation projects/programs
Experience in technical coaching/mentoring other team members
Basic understanding of structural durability of turbomachinery systems
Sound understanding of principles of LCF, thermals, and creep
Demonstrated excellent judgement and decision-making ability
Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex tasks
Expertise in using FEA tools like ANSYS classic and WB for solving complex non-linear FEA and Multiphysics simulations related to structural LCF/HCF
Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Solve challenging engineering problems involving products, systems, and components using advanced simulation techniques and analysis
