Requirements

  • Post Graduate / Ph.D. degree from a reputed institution in an accredited Engineering curriculum (Mechanical/Design/Automobile/Aerospace)
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • Experience as an individual contributor in performing complex validation projects/programs
  • Experience in technical coaching/mentoring other team members
  • Basic understanding of structural durability of turbomachinery systems
  • Sound understanding of principles of LCF, thermals, and creep
  • Demonstrated excellent judgement and decision-making ability
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve problems
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex tasks
  • Expertise in using FEA tools like ANSYS classic and WB for solving complex non-linear FEA and Multiphysics simulations related to structural LCF/HCF
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
