At least 6 years experience in market research and analytics, with at least 2 years in agency roles and 2 years in manufacturer/client side roles
Experience in regional roles managing multiple markets (advantageous)
Thorough understanding of consumer panel and retail audit data and analysis
Expert in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); experience in building AI-based visualization and data analytics systems (advantageous)
Strong communication skills and experience presenting and interacting with senior leadership
Responsibilities
Accountable for 4P analysis, market (industry dynamics, GY group, and competition)
Track and diagnose main brand KPIs throughout the year and recommend corrective actions (using data sources like GfK, Brand health trackers, etc.)
Support S&OP reporting requirements (AOP, RvCC, Sales Reviews, etc.)
Set up processes to track Powerlines’ performance along with competitive intelligence (e.g., competitor new launches, distribution increases, pricing/promotions activity) and use this to identify opportunities to optimize product portfolio coverage
Lead seasonal post-mortem process, including root cause analysis to understand market and brand movements and highlight focus areas
Brief and support Consumer analytics and Industry analytics counterparts on additional research needs to understand brands’ competitiveness and performance
Accountable for briefing the Data Modeling and Visualization team on business intelligence dashboards/solutions requirements
Accountable for defining data needs and procuring required data to enable the above analytics
Work with global teams (marketing, analytics, product) to define and measure brand objectives and support product portfolio planning
Work with regional and local sales teams and leadership to analyze and explain business performance issues
Work with external partners (data providers, research and analytics agencies) to ensure timely, high-quality data inputs
