Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Negocios, Finanzas o afín
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en compras (preferente TI)
Experiencia en contratos, proveedores y negociaciones
Deseable manejo de ERP o plataformas de compras

Responsibilities

Ejecutar procesos de compra de software, hardware, licencias, servicios profesionales y suscripciones
Realizar solicitudes de cotización (RFQ/RFP) y comparativos de precios
Analizar propuestas comerciales y participar en negociaciones
Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLAs, entregables y políticas corporativas
Mantener actualizada la base de datos de contratos
Dar seguimiento a renovaciones y vencimientos
Apoyar tareas administrativas del ciclo de compra
Colaborar con Finanzas, Legal, TI, Operaciones y otras áreas
Brindar atención y apoyo a clientes internos
Facilitar comunicación entre proveedores y equipos internos
Dar seguimiento a solicitudes, renovaciones y soporte con proveedores
Buscar nuevas alternativas y evaluar desempeño de proveedores
Participar en negociaciones de precios y condiciones
Identificar oportunidades de ahorro
Apoyar mejoras en procesos y políticas
