Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or work experience
Fluency in German and English
Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
Good prioritization: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Capability to problem solve and analyze data
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proven experience working in HR teams, with a strong focus on HR administration, service delivery, and process improvement
Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Experience in working with Human Resource systems (Workday and Service Now preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide HR Administration service including HR documents and HR reports preparation as well as updating HR system (Workday) across all HR processes and business units in a service center environment to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
Handle and reply to HR queries via Service Now system
Be responsible for updating employee’s file in archive
Cooperate with managers, HR BP’s and vendors for any HR related matters
Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are achieved
Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
Implement new policies and ensure that Work Instructions are up to date
