Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a combination of education and/or work experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Attentive listening skills and high attention to detail
  • Good prioritization: Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven experience working in HR teams, with a strong focus on HR administration, service delivery, and process improvement

  • Experience in working with Human Resource systems (Workday and Service Now preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR Administration service including HR documents and HR reports preparation as well as updating HR system (Workday) across all HR processes and business units in a service center environment to ensure data accuracy and that entries are updated for payroll and benefits
  • Handle and reply to HR queries via Service Now system
  • Be responsible for updating employee’s file in archive
  • Cooperate with managers, HR BP’s and vendors for any HR related matters
  • Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction are achieved
  • Support continuous improvement activities to further simplify and standardize processes
  • Implement new policies and ensure that Work Instructions are up to date
