Requirements

  • Proactive approach to service optimization, automation, and leveraging tools like Workday and ServiceNow
  • Collaboration skills with People Experience Partner, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Global People Services, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and timely HR operations support for employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, changes, benefits, payroll inputs, and data management in Workday
  • Manage HR operational tasks in ServiceNow and Workday; act as single point of contact, escalate issues, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data privacy and local labor laws
  • Provide advisory and coaching support to employees and managers on HR procedures, processes, and policies
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout case resolution
  • Stay updated on People Services policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Perform audits and peer reviews per Quality Framework to ensure service quality and identify improvements
  • Map and document HR processes in Turkey across employee lifecycle and benefits administration
  • Identify stranded, broken, missing, or duplicate process steps and assign roles/responsibilities
  • Recommend and implement process improvements aligned with global standards, compliance, and best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, policies, and service delivery via feedback and optimization initiatives
  • Review operations for automation opportunities and better tool usage (Workday, ServiceNow, workflows)
  • Work with global team to embed changes, track progress, and ensure adoption
  • Reduce manual work by simplifying processes and removing handoffs
  • Partner with People Experience Partner, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Global People Services teams
