Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Project Management, HR Consulting, or similar roles. Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects with measurable impact is required. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, Dayforce, Workday) and related technologies, along with strong experience in process design and systems thinking, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The People Operations Lead will manage strategic transformation projects, ensuring global cross-functional teams communicate smoothly and deliver on milestones. They will lead or support change management and communication efforts for People programs and systems, and design and facilitate workshops to drive alignment and continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include supporting the design and execution of global People metrics, leading the design and refinement of employee lifecycle processes, identifying automation opportunities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Additionally, the role involves supporting people technology roadmap activities and developing supporting tools and documentation. The lead will also develop a global knowledge management strategy, create and maintain documentation, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure timely content updates and improved self-serve capability.
