Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (human resources, organizational development, business administration, communications, sociology, psychology, etc.)

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data changes, and offboarding by maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems and ensuring timely completion of transactions
Assist in reviewing and improving People team workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
Contribute to special projects across the People Experience team—such as process audits, data reporting, or supporting the day-to-day crew experience—to gain exposure to core HR functions and best practices
Identify and document future business processes, including potential gaps and areas for optimization in existing processes
