Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years relevant work experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
  • 7+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards
  • Proven track record influencing senior executive-level decisions through data storytelling and presenting complex analytical findings with exceptional clarity and polish
  • Experience in Staffing or Recruiting analytics, including forecasting, pipeline efficiency, and capacity modeling
  • Deep expertise in Workday-based data analytics and experience managing projects end-to-end in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment
  • (Preferred) Experience with data languages and platforms including SQL, Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Cloud platforms
  • (Preferred) Proven technical skills and experience with business intelligence concepts including data architecture, data pipelines, data visualization, and data modeling
  • (Preferred) Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and defining the agenda

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic vision for People Analytics, partnering with executive-level PACT (People, Analytics, Compensation, and Talent) and cross-functional leaders to identify systemic data needs and translate them into a multi-year analytics roadmap
  • Design and Govern the core data infrastructure for people reporting. Drive the standardization and adoption of official data sources, ensuring maximum real-time transparency and scalability across all business units
  • Act as the sole authority and owner of the Workday reporting and analytics platform. Define best practices, manage complex calculated fields, and oversee data governance and security models across the system
  • Mentor and Coach analysts within the team on advanced data modeling, Workday reporting techniques, and stakeholder engagement, contributing directly to the team's overall skill development and impact
