Requirements

Candidates must be at least 25 years old, a citizen of the United States, and have no criminal record. They must also maintain a physical address in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and possess exceptional observational skills with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Pennsylvania Quality Manager will comply with all state and local laws regarding security services licensing, perform all services required by these laws, plan for and meet with state auditors, track and manage compliance and training requirements, track and manage employee licenses, collaborate with corporate departments to ensure compliance, track and report on licensing performance, prepare reports on incidents and suspicious activities, prepare and submit reports to agencies, maintain records as required, attend project meetings, and work independently while maintaining attentiveness and energy.
