  • BA or MS in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biological Sciences or similar
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Preferably Pharmaceutical background or previous experience in R&D Company
  • 1-3 years in technical field or related area (Pharmaceutical Development, Clinical trials Manufacture, Commercial Manufacture, Project Management, Financial awareness, Customer contact)
  • Fluent English; any other second language preferred
  • Strong communication skills (effective internal/external communication, active listening, empathy, proactive attitude)

Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple tasks within assigned projects simultaneously, manage multiple customer requests within expected timelines with high quality results
  • Host and manage customers’ visits, prepare presentations, write minutes of meetings and teleconferences
  • Facilitate progress of project activities, support keeping timelines within agreed project plans, support project tasks as needed, facilitate communication and information exchange within project teams
  • Update project and billing plans, support finance with project billing
  • Draft contracts based on Company cost structure and guidelines from technical teams, to be provided to quotation team
