Responsibilities

Prepare, validate, and process payroll data accurately and on schedule
Organize and maintain employee and payroll records
Receive reports via email, sort and organize them appropriately for client review
Ensure updated and accurate tracking systems for all payroll activities
Collaborate with team members on report edits and updates
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll records
Communicate effectively through email and internal platforms to coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities
