  • Preferred: Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) and proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level payroll support and handle complex employee inquiries via the myHR service portal
  • Ensure consistent and timely execution of payroll for employees, interns, and expatriates, in compliance with country-specific requirements
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems and processes; liaise with internal functions (e.g., HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors
  • Support system training and knowledge transfer to team members or stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution across the end-to-end payroll process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of payroll processes and tools
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to payroll-related inquiries
  • Provide coverage for other Payroll Specialists when needed
