Requirements

2+ years of professional experience in complex payroll execution, ideally in a shared service environment
Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equity
Team player, highly detail- and goal-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in virtual teams with flexibility and reliability
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entities
Collaboration with internal and external partners (outsourced payroll vendor, HR, Benefit and Stocks Team, authorities and auditors)
Evaluate internal work processes and service deliveries, make recommendations and support implementing changes for improved efficiencies
Partner with various teams to improve and streamline processes
Chip in to payroll relevant projects
Ensure perfect communication with the business and employees and be accountable for delivering on ad hoc queries
