Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in complex payroll execution, ideally in a shared service environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory payroll requirements across multiple EMEA countries, including benefits and equity
  • Team player, highly detail- and goal-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, thriving in virtual teams with flexibility and reliability
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage timely and accurate payroll execution for multiple European countries and entities
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners (outsourced payroll vendor, HR, Benefit and Stocks Team, authorities and auditors)
  • Evaluate internal work processes and service deliveries, make recommendations and support implementing changes for improved efficiencies
  • Partner with various teams to improve and streamline processes
  • Chip in to payroll relevant projects
  • Ensure perfect communication with the business and employees and be accountable for delivering on ad hoc queries
  • Adhere to Things we value and behaviors, and uphold high ethical standards
