Requirements

The Payroll Implementation Manager should have experience managing payroll implementation projects and data migration. Familiarity with GL report mapping is also required.

Responsibilities

The Payroll Implementation Manager will oversee the successful implementation and data migration of payroll systems for Deel’s clients. This includes managing the full payroll implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer, system configuration, and a seamless transition. Responsibilities involve organizing kick-off meetings, creating and maintaining project plans, supporting project review calls, defining and setting up client payroll processes, managing payroll data requirements and calendars, maintaining project documentation, configuring interfaces and systems for parallel and live payroll, facilitating project sign-off, and generating reports for data analysis, auditing, and reconciliation.
