Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in payroll
Attention to detail
Strong MS Office literacy (especially MS Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work with confidential data
Comfortable working with tight deadlines
Fluent Polish and English at least on B1/B2 level

Responsibilities

Manage the payroll process conducted by Arrow’s external partners by collecting, checking, reconciling, and processing payroll input data
Ensure the accuracy of payroll data
Provide the external vendors with input and instructions
Provide payroll output data to Finance in a timely manner
Prepare reports for HR and Finance
Resolve employee queries or coordinate solutions with the payroll vendor
Collaborate closely with various departments across the company
Participate in payroll-related projects
