Responsibilities
Process biweekly hourly payroll
Assist managers with time and attendance procedures
Import time and pay files into ADP WFN
Identify and resolve payroll and HRIS system discrepancies
Maintain accurate payroll files
Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Handle garnishment and child support order notices
Assist with setting up multi-state garnishments, tax liens, and child support orders
Assist with Annual Benefit Open Enrollment and day-to-day benefit administration
Ensure final pay records comply with standard operating procedures
Generate monthly and ad hoc reports
Perform other special projects as needed
