Requirements

  • Associate Degree in business or accounting preferred
  • 1-3 years minimum of full cycle payroll processing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with superior customer service skills
  • Time management skills
  • Solid knowledge of payroll processes and best practices
  • ADP WFN experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process biweekly hourly payroll
  • Assist managers with time and attendance procedures
  • Import time and pay files into ADP WFN
  • Identify and resolve payroll and HRIS system discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate payroll files
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
  • Handle garnishment and child support order notices
  • Assist with setting up multi-state garnishments, tax liens, and child support orders
  • Assist with Annual Benefit Open Enrollment and day-to-day benefit administration
  • Ensure final pay records comply with standard operating procedures
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Perform other special projects as needed
