Requirements

Diploma for secondary education
Higher education in healthcare or social sciences considered an advantage (e.g., nurse, pharmaceutical technician, social worker), but not mandatory
Experience in assisting patients, health insurance, and/or drug reimbursement considered an advantage, but not mandatory
Previous experience in providing patient (client) support considered an advantage, but not mandatory
Excellent interpersonal (written and oral) communication skills
Ability to consult patients of all ages, cultures, and educational levels
Ambition and enthusiasm for patient support
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Full proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent documentation accuracy
Proficiency in Bulgarian language
Intermediate level (B1) in English language

Responsibilities

Providing personal support to patients enrolled in the Program
Attending patient meetings in the area of hospitals providing care for diseases within the Program's scope
Providing logistical and administrative support to improve patient experience (no medical information provided)
Supporting patients in preparing and submitting documents
Providing information within the Program's scope to healthcare professionals when necessary
Collaborating with other PSP team members to meet patient needs
Responding accurately and timely to patient needs and inquiries, providing assistance within the approved PSP scope
Building personalized, ongoing relationships with patients
Collecting informed consent from patients for PSP enrollment
Collecting patient data and requests in a special meeting report form and CRM platform
Generating weekly and monthly reports on activities and requested support
Reporting adverse events or adverse drug reactions within 24 hours or per manufacturer specifications
All additional duties assigned by program management
