Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals.
The Patient Recruitment and Engagement Lead will be responsible for developing and executing patient recruitment strategies to support clinical trials, overseeing patient engagement programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful trial enrollment. They will also manage patient communication materials, track recruitment progress, and maintain accurate patient records, contributing to the overall success of clinical research initiatives.
