  • Capability to balance patient/customer experience with compliance
  • Experience in procuring, contracting, and managing external vendors/service providers
  • Subject matter expertise in patient and customer programs

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all PSPs, PFPs, and AAPs operate compliantly and provide optimal patient & customer experience
  • Implement programs using appropriate playbooks, procedures, policies, and adhering to Australian code of conduct
  • Build consistent processes and metrics to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability
  • Procure & contract appropriate service providers/vendors
  • Partner with and guide brand teams in program design, project management, and implementation
  • Share learnings, innovations, and serve as Subject Matter Expert for patient/customer programs
  • Champion exceptional customer experience through improved processes and innovative service offerings
  • Develop robust governance processes ensuring compliance with Lilly standards, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective program performance measures, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Document monitoring and oversight of programs and external parties
  • Assume relationship/business owner responsibilities for external parties/service providers
  • Accountable for robust monitoring plans covering key risk activities/KPIs for each program
  • (If applicable) Serve as Supplier Relationship Owner and manage contracts with external service providers
  • Accountability for financial aspects when partnering with external vendors
