Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician will be responsible for providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, obtaining vital signs, evaluating vascular access, monitoring patient response, and reporting any significant changes in patient condition to the supervisor. They will also be responsible for collecting and preparing lab samples and entering treatment data into the designated clinical application.
