Responsibilities
The Patient Care Technician will provide direct patient care during dialysis therapy, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with vascular access, and evaluating patient response to treatment. They will also educate patients on their treatment plan, document treatment parameters accurately, and report any significant changes in patient condition to the licensed nurse, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment and supporting the organization's quality enhancement program.
