Candidates must possess an adjudicated active Top Secret Clearance and either have or be eligible for SCI clearance. A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment is required, along with experience in Access Control and processing ID and Government Badges. Working knowledge of DISS is also necessary, and candidates must be willing to work day shifts with specific hours.
The Pass & ID Card Specialist will provide employee badging services, operate the credentialing and local badging systems, and perform pass and ID support under general oversight. They will monitor compliance with government rules and regulations, ensure health and safety precautions, and provide administrative processing support. The role includes staffing Pass and Identification positions, enforcing identification procedures, maintaining and issuing security-related items, and conducting badge inventories.
