Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field)
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, SAS, Excel, or other data analytics tools
  • Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
  • Attention to Detail: Deliver accurate, high-quality work with precision
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals
  • Communication: Convey ideas clearly and listen actively to ensure understanding

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business and system support contact for dealers using the Parts Inventory Collaboration (PIC) platform
  • Deliver monthly inventory performance analysis packs and provide actionable insights to support dealer inventory reviews
  • Learn and apply advanced data analysis techniques and inventory management logic
  • Lead or support projects such as: Identifying root causes of service loss, Explaining inventory growth, Evaluating alternative stocking policies, Quantifying business impacts of changes in dealer stocking behavior
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across divisions
  • Leverage SAS, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract insights and drive improvements
