Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field)
3–5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, SAS, Excel, or other data analytics tools
Understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Management principles
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations
Attention to Detail: Deliver accurate, high-quality work with precision
Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams to achieve shared goals
Communication: Convey ideas clearly and listen actively to ensure understanding

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary business and system support contact for dealers using the Parts Inventory Collaboration (PIC) platform
Deliver monthly inventory performance analysis packs and provide actionable insights to support dealer inventory reviews
Learn and apply advanced data analysis techniques and inventory management logic
Lead or support projects such as: Identifying root causes of service loss, Explaining inventory growth, Evaluating alternative stocking policies, Quantifying business impacts of changes in dealer stocking behavior
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across divisions
Leverage SAS, Power BI, and other analytical tools to extract insights and drive improvements
