Requirements

2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing
Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results
Ability to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and innovations
Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools (bonus)

Responsibilities

Identify key partners and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure, and increase revenue
Recruit new partners and research, identify new partnership verticals, target partners that are already in the industry and partners that are new to the space
Optimize existing partner performance
Analyze and identify under-performing areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to support the partner
Periodically monitor performance reports and identify issues and opportunities
Research new innovative ways & channels to promote our brands and products
Work by hands-on approach, recognize areas of opportunity and growth, test, analyze, and scale new ideas/approaches
