Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing
  • Working knowledge of some digital marketing disciplines: CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing
  • Strong analytical skills, confident with analyzing data
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid negotiation skills aimed at tangible results
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and innovations
  • Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and different web and data analytic tools (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Identify key partners and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure, and increase revenue
  • Recruit new partners and research, identify new partnership verticals, target partners that are already in the industry and partners that are new to the space
  • Optimize existing partner performance
  • Analyze and identify under-performing areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to support the partner
  • Periodically monitor performance reports and identify issues and opportunities
  • Research new innovative ways & channels to promote our brands and products
  • Work by hands-on approach, recognize areas of opportunity and growth, test, analyze, and scale new ideas/approaches
