Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • 10+ years experience
  • Background in HPE sales operations, channel, account operations, or a similar discipline area (partner program experience ideal)
  • Mix of communication ability (writing and presentations) and penchant for data and analysis
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide channel/program operations support systems and solutions
  • Excellent analytical, statistics, and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive expertise in business and channel

Responsibilities

  • Develops organization-wide architectures and methodologies for the design and implementation of channel partner programs for HPE
  • Consults with senior and executive business leaders to identify relevant analytics, standards, and metrics for the assigned areas
  • Develops overall operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and partner needs
  • Identifies and evaluates new technologies, process innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with strategy roadmap and business value
  • Creates plans for integration and update into sales operations architecture
  • Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence and guide decisions of executive business leadership, sales partners, and customers
  • Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of innovation and excellence
  • Develops, implements, and utilizes processes and tools to enable partner insights on program enrollments, certification & training, data quality issues, time to first deal, time to first payment, and other analyses
  • Develops, implements, and utilizes processes and tools to enable the partner life-cycle across their participation in HPE's programs (content, incentives, enrollment, onboarding, certification, success tracking, data & profiling)
  • Reports and analyzes data on channel productivity and experience
  • Maintains and enhances automation systems, partner data models, and other tools/systems to effectively monitor the overall success and improvement initiatives of partner programs for HPE Networking
