Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a partnership or channel management role
  • Strong understanding of the private equity and venture capital landscape, with a well-established network
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities
  • Active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows
  • Previous experience working with an HR or FinTech company
  • Experience in a fast-growing startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with private equity and venture capital firms
  • Drive successful client referrals to Vensure Global by closing, managing, and empowering partners
  • Nurture partnerships throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email campaigns, and content distribution
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive channel referral growth
  • Communicate effectively, set clear expectations, and reliably complete agreed-upon deliverables
  • Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, providing clear direction and details on features and benefits
  • Train and enable partners, building a high level of awareness on our tech-enabled solutions and future developments
  • Communicate and work directly with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, legal, and finance
