Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the commercial team managing X (Twitter) across the region, ensuring smooth execution and strong sales performance
  • Build the regional commercial strategy, including business plans, forecasting, and pipeline management, to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Own senior-level relationships with agencies, key accounts, and C-suite stakeholders to integrate X into their digital and communication strategies
  • Act as the main liaison with our Partner (X – Twitter), ensuring continuous alignment, business reviews, and partner satisfaction
  • Oversee trading agreements, commercial deals, and incentive negotiations with agency buying departments and strategic partners
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, research, brand strategy, product, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency
  • Lead quarterly/weekly reporting, highlights, lowlights, and performance insights for Aleph and X management teams
  • Set and monitor KPIs for Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and SMB teams to ensure delivery on revenue-per-head and efficiency goals
  • Drive product adoption, strategic account growth, new business activation, and reactivation of churned partners
  • Identify and assess new market opportunities and expansion potential across the region
  • Represent Aleph at industry events relevant to X and lead regional education initiatives for agencies and clients
