Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in building and maintaining relationships with tech and human capital management partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. A proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment is required, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, tech-savviness (Salesforce experience preferred), and a growth mindset. The role requires the ability to travel in the field 3 days a week and must be located in Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, or Nassau County.
The Partner Account Manager will engage, build, and develop key accounts and growth opportunities within the partnership program. This includes developing and amplifying referral relationships with various partners, creating strategic referral networks focused on lead generation, and proactively identifying and resolving issues by collaborating cross-functionally. The role also involves working with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing demand-generation activities, including collaborating with Partner Marketing on promotional initiatives like educational events, emails, and webinars.
