Requirements

Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
North Carolina residency
At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women’s mental health
Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches) and trauma-informed care
Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company
Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments)
Multi-state license is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey (24 client appointments per week)
Participate in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and join monthly clinical team meetings
Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model utilizing evidence-based modalities
Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
Average approximately 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables
