Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Retrieve merchandise from stock room and other inventory locations to restock the sales floor
- Perform cash register transactions (e.g., sales, returns, and exchanges) efficiently and accurately
- Connect consumers to the company loyalty programs
- Contribute to store profitability by receiving and processing incoming and outgoing products accurately and efficiently
- Serve consumers by responding to questions regarding product features, benefits, and availability; ask questions to understand consumer needs related to merchandise and assist with buying decisions
- Support Columbia Sportswear Company values to enhance the consumer experience and teamwork with fellow employees
- Acquire necessary knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute day-to-day operations
