Requirements

  • Passionate about education and enjoys working with children, with a willingness to grow in the education field
  • Open to all majors; candidates majoring in Education, Math, Science, or Engineering are preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s students or graduates are welcome
  • Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, and good customer service awareness; able to communicate effectively with parents
  • Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred
  • Must be available at least 10–15 hours per week
  • Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • After training, conduct math diagnostic tests for students of different grade levels, explain results to parents, and recommend appropriate courses
  • Follow the campus SOP to grade, record, and archive test results
  • Support student enrollment by answering parent questions about class schedules and curriculum
  • Participate in teacher training sessions and classroom observations; provide make-up tutoring for certain grades to build experience for future teaching roles
  • Assist with and participate in other campus events as needed
