The Part-Time Campaign Operations Associate will manage setup components within the Ibotta application, communicate and collect cross-departmental feedback to align on best practices, anticipate issues and provide alternative methods of setup, stay updated on system changes, educate impacted departments, identify and analyze error trends, work with Analytics to target content, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to fix technical problems. They will also implement procedures to mitigate errors and reduce operational costs, and embrace Ibotta’s core values.
