Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with brokers and other counterparties to establish and maintain trading relationships
  • Maintain company records related to contracts, corporate governance, and legal entities
  • Work with outside counsel on discovery and document requests for litigation and related matters
  • Support the preparation and filing of contracts, legal documents, and regulatory materials for a registered investment adviser
  • Draft and negotiate various agreements and other legal documents in collaboration with attorneys and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with investment and business teams to address legal and regulatory needs
