Responsibilities

  • Provide support (email, phone) for participants in a German online media research panel
  • First-level support for technical issues
  • Act as communication interface between panel participants and internal/external support departments
  • Assist with installation of mobile and desktop applications (mainly via email, phone if needed)
  • Answer various questions from panel participants via the panel management platform (e.g., Zendesk)
  • Serve as liaison between panel members and the organization, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Collect, organize, and manage data or feedback from panel discussions
  • Resolve technical issues arising from feedback
  • Support panelist data maintenance in specific software tools
  • Support optimization of data quality and internal workflows
  • Support maintenance of panel social media groups (e.g., Facebook)
