Responsibilities

Provide support (email, phone) for participants in a German online media research panel
First-level support for technical issues
Act as communication interface between panel participants and internal/external support departments
Assist with installation of mobile and desktop applications (mainly via email, phone if needed)
Answer various questions from panel participants via the panel management platform (e.g., Zendesk)
Serve as liaison between panel members and the organization, ensuring clear and timely communication
Collect, organize, and manage data or feedback from panel discussions
Resolve technical issues arising from feedback
Support panelist data maintenance in specific software tools
Support optimization of data quality and internal workflows
Support maintenance of panel social media groups (e.g., Facebook)
