Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and optionally Java/Scala
Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry tools, including: Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, Ontology Management, Contour, Solution Designer, Data Lineage, Data Health, Data

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of solution development: requirement gathering, planning, prototyping, development, deployment, and scaling
Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to define problem statements, success metrics, and solution roadmaps
Ingest and transform data from diverse sources (APIs, databases, flat files, streaming systems) into structured formats using Palantir Foundry tools and custom code
Create and manage Ontology Objects, Links, and Actions to support downstream applications and workflows
Build scalable, fault-tolerant ETL/ELT pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Foundry’s proprietary tools like Pipeline Builder and Code Workbook
Create Prototypes and Convert them into production-grade solutions and drive adoption across teams and geographies
Implement data validation, monitoring, and documentation to ensure integrity, traceability, and compliance with privacy and security standards
Work with deployment strategists, software engineers, and product designers to shape how data is used across decision-making workflows
