Responsibilities
- 100%遵守工厂安全规定。
- 遵守质量要求，保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效和指标要求（污染物控制、质量缺陷等）。
- 满足生产节拍要求。必要时，接替其他团队成员的工作和帮助团队维持生产线正常运转。及时地向班组长发出Andon请求。按要求完成点检工作，执行日常设备维护，维持本区域的5S标准。
- 掌握底漆、面漆手动喷漆技能。
- 理解生产区域的工作流程，参与实施变革以实现未来状态价值流图。参与执行LEAN的指导原则，并且努力工作以确保LEAN的成功实施（理解和发现浪费）。作为LEAN的参与人，参加流程问题分析，帮助确定根源。参加流程改进对话，提出持续改进意见，提供反馈，参与实施构想。参与制定标准化工作。
