Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid digital media, including at least 3 years focused on paid social (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit)
  • A strong grasp of social advertising, platform capabilities, audience insights, and evolving industry trends
  • Validated experience running and optimizing campaigns with a data-informed, test-and-learn approach
  • Excellent collaboration skills—comfortable working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment with diverse partners
  • Analytical approach and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute inclusive and effective paid social strategies that support marketing and business goals across the full customer journey—from awareness to conversion
  • Plan, launch, and manage social campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring efficient budget use and alignment with key performance goals
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, turning insights into action to continuously improve results and scale impact
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, media planners, brand partners, and agencies to ensure alignment, transparency, and smooth execution
  • Test and learn: run A/B and multivariate tests to identify what resonates most—across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies—and apply those findings in future campaigns
  • Champion innovation: explore emerging platforms, tools, and formats to keep eBay’s paid social presence fresh, relevant, and ahead of trends
