Requirements

  • 3rd or 4th grade undergraduate student in a related field (Business administration, communications, journalism, international relations, psychology, social/political studies, etc.)
  • Demonstrated interest in the work of the PACS area
  • Volunteering or internship experience in a similar position
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills (both in Turkish and English)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Proactive and able to manage time & tasks effectively
  • Solid skills in interpersonal communications, task & time management, proactivity, problem-solving, and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring coordination between the agencies and the team
  • Coordination of My Sister Project and tracking of the executional plan
  • Internal Communications: channel identification, preparation, and posting/execution of assets (announcements, newsletters, videos, internal brandings, etc.)
  • Monthly Social Media content planning and execution
  • Influencer Management: Assisting brand teams in the assessment of SL&E reports
  • Tracking of award applications
  • Preparation of monthly coverage reports
  • Monitoring department budget and resolving any budget related issues
  • Any new/creative idea generation on the ongoing projects
