Requirements

Willing and able to pack finished product into boxes, onto trays, into plastic bags
Willing and able to operate a sealer to seal plastic bags and make boxes
Willing and able to work in a cold environment (-10 to 55 degrees), outdoor weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, insects), wet/slippery conditions, on concrete floors, and loud noise requiring hearing protection
Willing and able to lift, push, pull up to 95 lbs and stand for up to 8 to 12 hours
Willing and able to operate production equipment (forklift, votator, box fill, box machine, raker, floor support, data collector, high pressure wand, etc.)
Willing and able to drive the forklift within 4 weeks in all plant areas
Willing and able to learn shipping processes, including short weights computer work and radio communication with truck drivers when filling in
Willing and able to learn EIM, computer, and inventory systems
Able to perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to provide government identification number for previous employment check
Meet rehire criteria (if applicable): accept rehires after 365 days only if not worked more than 2 previous times

Responsibilities

Packing finished product into boxes, onto trays, into plastic bags
Operating a sealer to seal plastic bags
Making boxes
Operating production equipment as needed (forklift, votator, box fill, box machine, raker, floor support, data collector, high pressure wand, etc.)
Driving forklift in all plant areas (after training within 4 weeks)
Learning and performing shipping processes, including short weights computer work and radio communication with truck drivers when filling in
Learning and using EIM, computer, and inventory systems
