Ability to work in cold (40-50°F), hot (90-100°F) environments, tolerate exposure to flour and yeast, and moderate to high noise levels

Produce high quality products in a safe and healthful manner
Maintain assigned shift attendance
Work in all areas of production and packaging, including operating machinery, being in close proximity to it, and crossing platforms over it

Work on and fix mechanical issues such as replacing cylinders, bearings, belts, pulleys, etc
