Capability to perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues
Ability to report abnormal equipment function or product problems to Supervisor
Skills in maintaining inventory of packaging materials and completing work order documentation
Proficiency in performing quality checks and troubleshooting equipment issues
Adherence to safe operations of equipment and reporting of incidents, injuries, or safety hazards
Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area using 5S cleaning and tools
Compliance with product isolation procedures, sampling, and proper identification of product status
Ensuring proper identification, correct codes, and expiration dates for products and materials
Accountability for complying with FDA, GMP, OSHA, and Abbott regulations

Responsibilities

Safely operate high-speed production equipment that makes nutrition products
Start up and shut down all equipment according to established procedures or specifications
Perform minor to major clearing of jams and downtime issues on the line
Report any abnormal equipment function or product problems to the Supervisor
Maintain inventory of packaging materials and complete work order documentation
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure safe operations of all equipment and promptly report all incidents, injuries, or safety hazards
Maintain a clean and safe work area by utilizing 5S cleaning and tools to keep the area clean, clear of debris, neat, and organized
Adhere to product isolation procedures, along with sampling and proper identification of product status
Ensure that both products and materials are of proper identification, correct codes, and expiration dates
